Well today is 1st January 2014, has the title says new year new start.
Today is Day 1 for starting SW again, that word again been said that many times. Feels such an achievement doing plan 100% since six weeks ago.
Saturday will be my weigh in date, so I will post my weight on saturday this week start weight.
Has I have said before planning is the key so I will be using the below tool.
I seem to have got my motivation back.
This month challenge for myself cut out alcohol or low alcohol.
I have started to drink more water/squash which is a bonus for me drank two 500 ml today.
So today's foods using the sin value of total of 1 sin.
Hazelnut black coffee to start the morning off
Snack cooked apples 1 tbsp of mincemeat and fat free rhubarb and vanilla yog (heb) used
Breakfast LM red onion and herb sausage egg baked beans tomato mushrooms, followed by grapes
Lunch Bachelors sweet chilli noodles and rice with mixed vegetables
Tea Pork chips and pickles nandos sauce 1 sin
Today's been a great success roll on tomorrow for Day 2.
